Support Staff – Ruby Tuesday
Niagara Clifton Group is hiring for multiple Support Staff positions, including Hosts, Bussers, Salad Bar Attendants, Food Runners, and Dishwashers for our Ruby Tuesday Restaurant.
Ruby Tuesday is a fast-paced and high-volume full-service restaurant offering a vast array of signature lunch and dinner options. From our Endless Salad Bar and generous appetizer choices, to famous handcrafted burgers, steaks, seafood, and more, there is something for everyone! Our guests can relax and take in the views of the Falls and Clifton Hill from our indoor dining area or on our rooftop patio.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager/Kitchen Manager, you will play a critical part in our guests’ experience by supporting the restaurant operations with a focus of achieving the highest quality standards and service excellence.
Shifts: Days, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays.
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal.
Compensation: $16.55 per hour / $15.60 Student Minimum Wage

Support Staff Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely, warm, and friendly manner;
- Actively listen and respond positively to guests’ questions and requests;
- Communicate with and assist kitchen and front of house staff;
- Serve food to customers in an accurate and timely manner;
- Wash and restock dishes, glasses, utensils, and pots and pans;
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and presentation standards of the restaurant;
- Perform additional work, including cleaning and assisting others team members;
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- We encourage all applications and are willing to provide on-the-job training;
- A minimum of 14 years of age is required;
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment;
- Good verbal skills to communicate with guests, staff, and management;
- Physically able to perform light to medium lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching and bending;
- Physically able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time;
- Able to consistently walk up and down stairs;
- Available to work varied schedules (Days, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays) to support the hours of operation.
