Restaurant Host/Cashier
Niagara Clifton Group is hiring Hosts/Cashiers for our Clifton Hill Family Restaurant.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by greeting all customers, checking them in to the restaurant, and providing excellent customer service.
Start: ASAP.
Shifts: Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-Time and Part Time.
Compensation: $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
- Upon seating, answer guests of any questions asked.
- Relay messages to servers and bus persons as needed.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Clear, clean, and set tables.
- Deliver prepared food to customer tables in a timely fashion.
- Complete additional work, including cleaning and assisting other team members.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of restaurant, customer service, or food service experience an asset.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Available to work varied schedules (days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to support the hours of operation.
